About 1C

Web-services and WS-references

Web services mechanism is a facility that supports SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) - a modern standard for application and information system integration.

1C:Enterprise 8 system can act as a Web-service provider, as well as a client of Web-services published by other providers.

In order to add the capability to provide 1C:Enterprise 8 functionality through Web-services a Web-service configuration object was implemented. For interaction with Web-services published by other providers a WS-reference configuration object was implemented, also a range of other script language objects.
